Some are wondering "why" this novel? The truth is its always been in my DNA which I tried to deny by going off doing other things. Even though God always has a time for his children, I wished I had completed this first novel a long time ago. While it took 7yrs to complete this time period was not wasted because I read book s and read a very awesome self help book entitled,"The Marshall Plan for Novel Writing." I prayed a lot asking God to give me the mindset to create characters; their personalities, their voices, the wittyness, the drama, the comedy, etc., as they needed to be told based upon real life.
Women have sooooo many stories to tell that can reach, teach, and inspire other men/women. In this book you will meet Kyra, a women who has carried soooo much on her chest for years until she has the opportunity to finally discover what being a woman is about. She tells the story from the beginning to her shrink, Melody. Intoxicating, unbelievable, daring to be different are not enough to describe this novel. Kyra finds herself discovering not only a voice, feminity, but she finds what makes her tick; what man can make her tick. Will she find a husband... From a near rape experience, to a witty roommate, to a romantic evening turned to a hiatus, to the house of anatomy heightening the intimate soul of Kyra's, to a different flavor if a man. A millionaire that shows Kyra an interesting world filled with luxury, leading to the devil himself...Trane. This... Man.... Is brilliant..book smart, street smart, everybody wanted him... And Kyra got him; except he was not who she thought. Kyra becomes different, scary, and crazy..a life that only a lost souls would live. But Kyra got what she wanted but not how she wanted it. Keep in mind that this shrink, oh she is a trip not only does she become so fixated on the life of her friend Kyra but she becomes a different psychologist needing a shrink herself.
